Akamai CPS

What happens
- The appliance connects to Akamai CPS through CPS API on port 443.
- The certificate and chain are uploaded to the enrollment's current change.
- The package follows the deployment until it is in production. If it fails: Rollback tries to upload the previous certificate from the backup to the enrollment's current change.
- Verification: the package compares the fingerprint in production with the new certificate.

- The package runs on the appliance, which connects over HTTPS to CPS API, port 443. No agent is installed.

- EdgeGrid client for CPS with client token, client secret, access token and host from .edgerc.
