Azure Key Vault

What happens
- The appliance connects to Azure Key Vault through Azure API on port 443.
- The certificate is imported into Key Vault. If it fails: Rollback reimports the previous version. It needs the previous certificate and key, as Key Vault does not hand out earlier keys.
- Verification: the package checks that the certificate exists in Key Vault.

- The package runs on the appliance, which connects over HTTPS to Azure API, port 443. No agent is installed.
- You need
- Service principal (client id, secret and tenant id) allowed to import, read and list certificates in Key Vault.
